  1. Really good interview! I’ve been subscribed to Pat’s Smart Passive Income blog for a while now and he always puts out good material. The way he has leveraged systems to make his work load so small is amazing stuff. I do like how he mentioned how much work it is getting up and running though at first, that’s what I’m experiencing right now. Once again, great stuff.

  2. I do have a website with respectable traffic from google organic keywords (PR3) and I am still struggling to break even. Where can I see an income breakdown from your blog?. Coincidentally I subscribed to Passive Income, yesterday.

The material and information is solid, and there’s just something about Pat that makes you like him. His personality comes out in his writing, and he is genuinely someone I would want to know.

  5. This is awesome – thank you for sharing. It just goes to show you that with a little determination you can do a lot. What some people might think is just a hobby or of interest to only a few can be a legitimate business idea. This is the perfect example of discovering a niche market and providing useful and valuable content in order to generate some income (well….in his case, A LOT of income). Very cool. It’s stuff like this that keeps me motivated.

    I think setting up a new online business can take a lot of hard work, especially the promotion side of it. However, once it hits critical mass, you can ease off and it should be bringing in passive income.
    I also enjoy your blog.
